Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please use our cancellation request form with your Order ID. Cancellations will be processed within 1-2 business days, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds for Non-Delivery

If you do not receive your order, please contact us with your Order ID. We will investigate the issue and issue a full refund if the package cannot be located.

Returns & Exchanges

As a small independent author offering customized products (including signed and personalized copies), we do not accept returns or exchanges on shipped items. All sales are final once the order has been shipped. Please ensure your shipping address and any personalization details are correct before completing your purchase.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders under $30: $5.00 shipping fee
  • Orders $30 or more: Free shipping

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days. During periods when the author needs to restock inventory, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within the continental United States after shipping.

Presale Items

Items marked as [Presale] will not ship until after their publication date. The expected ship date is noted on the product page. Presale items may be combined with in-stock items, but the entire order will ship together once all items are available.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
